The Cosori air fryer does not have a “dehydrate” function like the Ninja air fryer but that didn’t stop me from trying (it worked great). It came out really great so I figured I'd share our recipe here. It does use some Trader Joe's Chili Pepper sauce and Cayenne pepper but it isn't a spicy jerky, it just has a nice robust flavor and the air fryer worked out like a charm!
