The Museum of the American Railroad, previously known as the Age of Steam Railroad Museum, is a large railroad museum in Frisco, Texas. COLORADO MODEL RAILROAD MUSEUM. You can listen to it on our app! Over the next few years a group of very dedicated volunteers built the museum building, the operator’s office/gift shop, the speeder shed, the maintenance shed and completely landscaped the grounds. The Harborside Express is an open air caboose that travels 1 mile up Harborside Dr., then returns to the Galveston Railroad Museum.
