A couple notes: Use grapefruit segments! I used grapefruit segments, frozen raspberries, chia seeds, and coconut flakes. Blend until smooth. Segment the grapefruit over a bowl so you can catch all the fresh juice and include it in the smoothie as well! Note: This can be made in any blender, but if you’re using a weaker one, you’ll want to chop up your grapefruit and blend on high.
